The principals of Fulcrum Capital Partners are Justin Recca and Eric Fiedler. They have a combined 34 years of experience in real estate and have extensive experience in deal sourcing, financial analysis, acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions. In that time, they have completed the acquisition of over 92k SF of industrial and commercial space, served as the property managers for over 700 residential units and more than 110k SF of commercial space, and acquired over 161 residential units. They are based in Orlando, Florida.
Principals
Justin Recca
Justin owns and operates Innovative Realty, LLC, a full-service real estate brokerage and property management company with over $245 million of investment properties under management in Central Florida. He began his real estate career as an investor purchasing single-family properties in 2003 and over the years has expanded the portfolio to include industrial, commercial, and multifamily properties. Previously, Justin was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board from 2018-2022. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
Eric Fiedler
Eric has overseen the transactions and management of over $39 million in real estate from acquisition to disposition including industrial, multifamily, retail, and senior housing. Recent acquisitions include a 16k SF warehouse property, a 17k SF flex property, and a 3 acre industrial property with 23k SF of warehouse space. He previously owned and operated Vivant Senior Living, a portfolio of residential assisted living facilities located in Maitland, Florida, which was sold in 2023. Eric serves on the City of Altamonte Springs Police Officers Pension Plan Board. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and he is a Florida Assisted Living Administrator.
