Fulcrum Capital Partners is led by Eric Fiedler and Justin Recca, who began working together in 2018. Drawing on decades of experience across deal sourcing, financial analysis, acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions, they have acquired more than 110,000 SF of industrial and commercial space and 161 residential units, and have managed over 900 residential units and 200,000 SF of non-residential space. The firm is based in Maitland, Florida.
Principals
Eric Fiedler
Eric has overseen the transactions and management of over $42 million in real estate from acquisition through to disposition. His most recent acquisitions include a 1.3 acre industrial property with 16,600 SF of warehouse space, a 20,000 SF warehouse, and a 17,000 SF flex property. Eric previously owned and operated Vivant Senior Living, a portfolio of residential assisted living facilities located in Maitland, Florida. Vivant was sold in 2023. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
Justin Recca
Justin owns and operates Innovative Realty, LLC, a full-service real estate brokerage and property management company with over $245 million of investment properties under management in Central Florida. He began his real estate career as an investor purchasing single-family properties in 2003 and over the years has expanded the portfolio to include industrial, commercial, and multifamily properties. Previously, Justin was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board from 2018-2022. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
